This is a senior-level role requiring both strong functional understanding and integration expertise within complex HR system landscapes.

Workday Senior Solution Architect

Job description:

  • Act as the primary functional architecture lead across the program
  • Provide cross-workstream oversight (Workday, integrations, data, reporting)
  • Ensure alignment with overall architectural principles and standards
  • Drive consistency in solution design and configuration
  • Support and guide key architectural and design decisions
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of the solution and resolve architectural challenges

About the customer:

We are currently supporting a leading company in the industrial sector in Switzerland on a large-scale HR transformation program. As part of this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architectural oversight across multiple workstreams.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (100%) or 6 months (50%)

Location: Lausanne area (hybrid working model)

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect in Workday environments
  • Proven track record in complex system integrations (HR, payroll, third-party systems)
  • Solid understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Experience working in global transformation programs
  • Ability to operate independently and interact with senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of data flows, testing and best practices in HR IT landscapes
  • Language: English required, French is a huge plus
