Job description

We are in the midst of an exciting and far-reaching HR transformation phase. For this, we are looking for a specialist with solid HR experience and a strong IT affinity. In this role, you will specifically implement and further develop our HR specialist applications and actively shape the digital roadmap of our HR processes.

Your tasks

  • Plan, implement, and continuously develop central HR applications along the entire HR lifecycle
  • Design, create, and keep technical learning modules for the cantonal HR IT systems up to date
  • Work closely with the HR specialist departments and specifically optimize HR processes digitally
  • Handle 2nd-level inquiries in the HR IT environment, analyze causes, and develop and implement appropriate solutions
  • Accompany tests, updates, and releases to ensure a stable and user-friendly HR system landscape
  • Co-develop new digital HR solutions in projects - in close coordination with specialist departments, IT, and external partners, Plenty of scope for design: You actively shape the digital transformation and take on responsibility

Requirements

Commercial basic training, supplemented by further education in IT and/or personnel area (or a comparable profile)

  • Several years of HR experience across the entire HR lifecycle as well as practical experience in HR IT projects
  • Very good user knowledge in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors; technical understanding is a plus
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style - and the ability to translate HR needs into practical IT solutions
  • Strong service and communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
  • Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
