Job description

- You take ownership of operational IT initiatives, primarily (but not limited to) Process Digitalization and Digital Workplace
- You design and implement business applications and workflow automations, mainly using the Microsoft Power Platform
- You contribute to platform standards, documentation, and technical best practices
- You combine project execution, hands-on solution delivery, and structured stakeholder coordination to ensure stable and scalable IT services
- You independently manage general IT projects within defined scope and governance frameworks
- You coordinate Lufthansa Group internal or external partners to deliver projects and services on time and within scope
- You take responsibility for applications to ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

You hold a bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable vocational training (Application Development / System Integration) with several years of experience

You have expert knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially in Canvas Apps and Power Automate

You are open and enthusiastic about working with both new and established technologies

You're a self-motivated team player with strong communication and project management skills

You work independently, efficiently, and flexibly, and you're not afraid to dive into new subject areas

You demonstrate reliability, initiative, ownership, and a results-oriented, hands-on mentality

You are fluent in both English and German
