Project Manager - SAP HANA

As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Communicate Project Progress: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective project management. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Implementation: Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies.

• Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Strong Project Planning and Execution Skills: Experience in developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery.

• Vendor Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.

• Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs. Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionality, and implementation best practices. Experience with SAP HANA product roadmaps and release cycles is beneficial.

• Agile Project Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying these methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects.

• IT Service Management: Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in applying these frameworks to ensure high-quality SAP HANA solutions and services.
