Job description

  • Ship a dependable Virtual Patient pipeline across domains by delivering CBCT, OSS, TSC, alignment, and fusion products that customers want to use with top service and quality.
  • Improve performance while reducing latency and cost by representing the voice of the customer, setting outcome targets, prioritizing the roadmap accordingly, aligning teams on trade-offs, and tracking KPIs to drive decision-making and accountability.
  • Meet regulated product expectations at scale together with your team by landing releases with full traceability and audit-ready documentation across multiple customers and geographies.
  • Drive adoption of the virtual patient model across internal teams and external customer environments.
  • Guard and support your team's excellence through metrics, (regulated) quality control, and continuous collaboration and management of stakeholders.
  • Ensure that our product performs well, is easily accessible, and offers a great user experience to increase the satisfaction scores of dental laboratories and clinicians significantly.
  • Balance high-level, long-term product vision and strategy with detailed involvement in the technical aspects of your products.

Strengthen the product feedback loop. You build and enhance product feedback loops between your team and partners. This clinically-driven approach identifies essential improvements and features that continuously increase product adoption.

Drive product team operations to achieve goals You empower your product development team by making strategic decisions that align with company objectives (OKRs) and customer needs while maintaining operational discipline. You achieve this by managing the product roadmap, supporting agile ceremonies, partnering with clinical experts, prioritizing the product backlog, creating precise product requirements, and ensuring team accountability for results.

Manage quality You plan and manage releases in accordance with quality management procedures, as you will be working on a regulated product in the medical market. You consistently focus on quality and clinical performance by following up on issues, addressing product underperformance in clinical cases, and ensuring quality in new features through in-house clinical expertise and user testing.

Communication & stakeholder influence You standardize communication across teams and partners to keep everyone on the same page, manage dependencies, process user feedback and requests, support, and other cross-functional teams. You excel at simplifying complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, accessible language that bridges knowledge gaps between different stakeholders. You drive product adoption while collaborating with partners to ensure their successful implementation of AI products and alignment with shared goals, demonstrating an ability to adapt your communication style to various audiences-from developers to clinicians to business stakeholders.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 5+ years of work experience building and/or managing products with substantial complexity.
  • Strong technical affinity or a STEM degree
  • At least three years of hands-on experience with (doing or managing):
  • Machine learning/ Data Science/ AI model development
  • Software as a medical device
  • A knack for driving product operations and rallying all members to push projects through to completion
  • Technical proficiency with backend software products. For example, you can independently test APIs using CLI or tools like Postman, or you're comfortable writing queries using SQL.
  • Exemplified track record of working in empowered product teams, including coaching a product team to take full responsibility for delivering an outcome.
