Job description
As an IT Support Engineer based in Madrid, you will play an essential role in delivering reliable, user-focused IT services across the EMEA region. Acting as a key member of the IT Service Delivery team, you will provide hands-on support to local employees while contributing to a seamless digital experience for colleagues across multiple locations.
Working closely with global and regional IT teams, you will help ensure stable, secure, and efficient end-user environments. This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to a broad range of technologies, offering the opportunity to contribute to ongoing IT improvements and regional initiatives.
Your Role
- Provide on-site IT support for the Madrid office, acting as a primary point of contact for technical requests and issues
- Deliver remote support to other EMEA locations as needed
- Support employees throughout onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile equipment
- Manage devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network (wired/wireless), and collaboration tools such as video conferencing systems
- Collaborate with Service Desk, infrastructure, and specialist teams to resolve incidents and requests
- Support office moves and provide on-site assistance for infrastructure-related activities
- Maintain accurate documentation in knowledge bases and asset management systems
- Follow structured service management practices (e.g., ITIL) to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in IT support within a professional or international environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networks
- Clear communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Additional European language skills
