This role focuses on owning the product vision and strategy for developer tools and practices. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in product management, a strong background in the software delivery lifecycle, and hands-on experience with CI/CD systems. • Treat Super Technologies engineers as primary customers and understand their needs.
• Define and evolve the complete developer experience.
• Partner with engineering teams to create a cohesive developer platform.
• Drive adoption of platform best practices.
• Use data to guide decisions and track KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with teams to sequence the roadmap.
• Maintain and prioritize a transparent backlog.
• Work with engineering counterparts on technical architecture.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program/product roles.
• Strong background in software delivery lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams on technical problems.
• Demonstrated success building products for internal engineering customers.
• Ability to define, track, and communicate outcome-oriented metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A mindset of end-to-end ownership.
