This position requires overseeing software development initiatives in the banking and insurance sectors, coordinating between multiple teams and C-Level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and knowledge of Agile methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and MVP delivery.
