Job description
1 Business Lead - responsible for driving the market strategy and sales performance.
- 1 Business Development Representative (BDR) - focused on lead generation and early-stage sales engagement.
- 1 Technical Project Manager - who ensures seamless onboarding and technical implementation for our clients.
Working closely with this cross-functional team, you'll play a central role in localizing and amplifying Lengow's brand presence and commercial success in China.
Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Draft high-quality articles, videos, posters, and other content for spreading across B2B marketing channels in China, including WeChat, Zhihu, Sohu, Douyin, RED and other forums.
- Create sales materials to support the sales team, such as sales decks, one-pagers, posters, and more.
- Organize both online and offline events, seek external partners for joint activities, and provide all necessary support for events including logistics, travel, materials, and more.
- Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to meticulously track lead progression within the pipeline, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Create comprehensive customer user guides and support materials to assist Technical Project Manager, while contributing to customer onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term relationship management.
