ERP Logistics Manager M/F

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a ERP Logistics Manager (m/f) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join a product team dedicated to creating sustainable, future-proof logistics solutions. In this role, you will provide the structural integrity for our digital journey by translating complex industrial needs into the language of Agile delivery through well-defined Epics.

You will act as a vital mediator, resolving the friction between standard SAP logic and the unique, high-stakes demands of aerospace logistics. Beyond technical alignment, you will influence the governance that dictates how and where we invest in our ERP future, ensuring we execute and drive value from initial concept to operational reality., * Strategic Design: Lead workshops to translate operational shop-floor needs into comprehensive E2E Supply Chain and Logistics processes.

• Governance & Standardization: Act as a content authority to enforce a "Fit-to-Standard" SAP approach, minimizing local customizations.
• Executive Communication: Distill complex SAP logic into business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Redesign E2E flows to directly support aircraft production ramp-up targets.
• Business-IT Bridge: Partner with IM departments and site operations to balance system standards with operational business value.

• Academic Background degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• At least 10 years of experience in high-regulation, complex industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense) and over 8+ years of expertise in ERP deployment, featuring advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, and EWM modules).
• A "compromise finder" mindset, strong Change Management leadership, and proficiency in SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong plus (20% travel required)., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
