Android Developer

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to play a key role in building and evolving high-quality mobile products within complex digital ecosystems. You will:

• Develop and maintain native Android features using modern technologies.
• Collaborate proactively with product owners, designers, and engineers to shape future features.
• Contribute to technical innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and engineering guilds., * Designing and evolving complex mobile products within a digital ecosystem.
• Taking full responsibility for solutions - from design to delivery and beyond.
• Ensuring engineering excellence and maintaining a high standard of code quality.
• Working within a SCRUM-based DevOps environment with an end-to-end ownership mindset.

• 5+ years of experience in professional Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin is a must.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with modular architecture.
• Solid experience with testing practices (unit, integration, UI).
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Firebase products, Koin (dependency injection), and CI/CD pipelines., * A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• A craftsman's mindset focused on quality, performance, and accessibility.
• Someone who enjoys challenging ideas constructively and growing together with a team.
• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is highly regarded.
