Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and data centers.

We aim to gradually transition to a fully outsourced model. This transition will be challenging, as you will need to manage the change from insourced to outsourced services. At the same time, you will also be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks and providing hands-on support until the full transition to the Service Provider has been completed., * Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, and performance.

  • Hands-On Approach: Be ready to execute tasks yourself, demonstrating your technical expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Single Point of Contact: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT in the region, handling escalations and future business plans or activities.
  • Collaboration: Organize and manage all software licensing with your international colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Service Excellence: Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support expectations and operational performance of the infrastructure and workplace service provider(s).
  • Manage multiple vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, finance oversight, technology and operation requirements, and ongoing service level agreements.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage inventory of all company electronic IT assets, ensuring everything is accounted for and up-to-date.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and coordinate service improvements within the department and across the organization.

Why Join Us?

  • Inclusive Culture: We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Professional Growth: We offer opportunities for continuous learning and development, empowering you to grow in your career.
  • International Experience: With our Headquarters in Spain and sites in Europe and US we provide an international working environment.
  • Salaryrange: between €4400-€6400, 25 vacation days and travel expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
  • At least two years of experience as an IT coordinator/Service Manager or related role.
  • Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and the workplace.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (must); Spanish would be a plus
  • Structured personality (Accurate, Self- and Time Management)
