Job description

We are looking for a Wireless System Integration Engineer to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot advanced wireless communication systems. You will work across multiple software and hardware components, ensuring high-quality system performance and smooth feature delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and verify wireless system components across PHY/MAC/RRC/NAS and RF domains.
  • Execute system-level tests and feature validation.
  • Debug complex issues using logs, traces, and protocol analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional R&D, QA, DevOps, and customer engineering teams.
  • Maintain test plans, documentation, and provide clear status updates.
  • Support release readiness, stability checks, and field/customer escalations.

Requirements

  • Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, NR (5G) etc.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, protocol analysis, and debugging across 3GPP layers (L1/L2/L3).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket/Git, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with Linux-based systems and embedded platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UE simulators, testbeds, RF labs, or telecom infrastructure testing.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum engineering processes.
