Job description

  • Field incoming calls from customers
  • Work with engineers to allocate roles
  • Strong customer service skills to keep clients up to date with work and development
  • Raise work orders for PPM and reactive works
  • Administration -Raising PO's
  • Run reports collecting asset management data

Requirements

  • Strong I.T skills and high-level admin background
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Passionate about building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Confident attitude
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft excel
