Job description
Cloud Native App Developer (Lead) with skills CNA Development, Core Java, Microsoft SQL Development, Terraform, Linux Server, Oracle DBA for location Bangalore, India, * Provide Level-3 technical support for the Movement Manager platform, investigating complex production issues and system defects.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with development teams to deliver fixes and long-term solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple application layers including server, client, middleware, and database components.
- Analyze application logs, message queues, and database queries to diagnose system failures or performance issues.
- Work closely with L1/L2 support teams to resolve escalated incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
- Support system maintenance, patch deployments, and production releases.
- Collaborate with product engineering to replicate issues and improve system stability.
- Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge articles for operational teams.
Technology Environment and Skills Needed-
The platform includes components built on:
- Java (1.7), Hibernate, caching frameworks
- Linux / RHEL environments
- Tomcat-based web services
- Oracle database
- Java Swing desktop clients
- IBM MQ and ESB integrations
- Legacy C++ client/server modules, * Provide L3 production support for a mission-critical airline operations management platform.
- Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues across server, client, and database layers.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and collaborate with engineering teams for permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot Java-based enterprise applications running on Linux environments.
- Analyze application logs, database queries, and messaging systems (MQ) to diagnose issues.
- Support production deployments, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Work with L1/L2 support teams to resolve escalated incidents.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base and operational best practices.
- Experience with Java, Linux, Oracle/SQL, and enterprise middleware preferred.
- Exposure to airline operations systems or real-time operational platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments
- Strong Java application troubleshooting experience
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and SQL databases
- Experience analyzing logs, messaging systems, and application performance
- Familiarity with multi-tier enterprise architecture
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to airline operations or aviation software
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems running 24x7
