Job description
Working within an agile environment, the designer will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user interfaces that align with company branding and meet user needs.

Conduct research, interviews, and user testing to understand user needs and business requirements.

Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Create visual concepts, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Build design drafts and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly to the team.

Develop visually consistent, brand-aligned interface designs.

Work alongside product, development, engineering, and other cross-functional teams throughout the design lifecycle.

Participate in design reviews and agile ceremonies to discuss progress and refine solutions.

Conduct usability testing, analyse results, and recommend enhancements.

Identify and resolve usability issues to improve the user experience.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and present design solutions.

Produce clear specifications, design guidelines, and user documentation as required.

Prepare written reports to communicate research findings and design decisions.

Analyse complex issues and propose effective, user-centered design solutions.
Requirements
- Solid 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design
- Adobe Creative Suite or similar, * Exceptional Communicator: Clear, confident, and articulate across written and verbal channels.

- Strong Communication Skills: Able to convey technical and operational information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences., * Knowledge of coding and design principles, development tools like HTML and CSS, and design software like Adobe Creative Suite
- Empathy for the user, understanding of user psychology, and ability to conduct user research
- Ability to communicate well with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to think logically and solve problems

- Keen eye for detail and ability to create visuals like sitemaps, wireframes, and diagrams
- Ability to choose user interface patterns, use the correct user interface "grammar", and create user interface animations
- Understanding of agile project development methods and ability to meet client deadlines
- Skilled in writing documentation
- Familiar how an HTML page is rendered in the browser
- Familiar with software project life cycles
- Conceptual thinking, able to understand underlying issues in complex problems
- A broad and in-depth range of experience in providing bespoke design solutions end-to-end
- Expertise in latest techniques and methodologies in delivering quality solutions
