Senior System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team in GB. Based in our office or remotely, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions., * Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) solutions
• Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, compliance, and decommissioning
• Implement and manage Windows Autopilot deployments
• Create and maintain software deployment packages and application policies
• Manage patching and updates via SCCM and Intune (Windows Updates for Business)
• Configure and enforce endpoint security policies (BitLocker, Defender, compliance policies)
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance
• Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, and policy-related issues
• Support hybrid and cloud-based device management (co-management scenarios)
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams

• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (MECM) administration
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Knowledge of co-management (SCCM + Intune) and migration strategies
• Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and management
• Strong understanding of Group Policy (GPO) and modern policy management
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
• Knowledge of endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, compliance policies)
• Understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID and device identity management
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Zero Touch deployment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem
• Knowledge of Conditional Access policies
• Experience in migrating from on-prem SCCM to cloud-based Intune
• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
