Expert Java OR Angular developer

We are looking for a senior developer able to work on multiple applications for the Flemish Agencies for Healthcare & Social Protection.

Not only do we expect from the applicant that he demonstrates high level of technical skills (cf. IT skills list) but a proven experience in coaching and supervising developers of the team at the technical level (technical design & mentoring, code reviews, ...)

The following skills are also required:

Excellent communicator: Ability to simplify at a conceptual level without ignoring the underlying technical complexity, to communicate in a clear and informative manner at all levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch. Good in English/French

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking person, and, able to apply best practices and use their experience to ensure proper project delivery., This person should have at least 10 years' experience in Java development . Have knowledge and understanding of a Service Oriented Architecture and have knowledge of the following:
