IT Project Manager

Employee mentoring program, Insurance services, Company pension, Wellness program, Company events, We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions on time and within scope., * Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and external vendors
• Manage budgets, resources, and risk assessments effectively
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and business objectives
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership
• Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate)
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English required; French is highly desirable
