Job description

  • Planning, steering, and successfully executing national and international IT projects, including defining objectives, scope, milestones and resources
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders, including close collaboration with the PMO
  • Continuous project monitoring, including reporting, risk management, documentation, and communication with decision-makers
  • Budget responsibility, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards, as well as assessing economic efficiency (ROI)
  • Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through testing, best practices, method optimization and lessons learned
  • Executing change management activities, including training, user support, and validation of operational models

Requirements

  • Very good French and English skills; German or Spanish is an advantage
  • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, along with confident use of project management tools (e.g., WRIKE)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, software lifecycle and change management
  • Excellent analytical, strategic and communication skills, as well as experience collaborating with international and intercultural teams
  • High social competence, strong leadership skills, stress resilience and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 20%)
