Design, develop and maintain the MES and shopfloor systems within the company's production environment.
Develop database-driven applications and ensure their successful testing, deployment and operation.
Analyze and resolve user issues and inquiries related to MES and other production-related software systems.
Create, update and maintain technical documentation, user manuals and development documentation.
Continuously analyze existing systems and propose as well as implement improvement and optimization measures.
Support and maintain additional production-related IT systems beyond the shopfloor environment.
Perform database tuning and optimization for MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL to ensure performance and stability.

Completed vocational training or university studies in IT, computer science or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification gained through practical experience.
Experience in developing software for production-related systems, particularly MES or shopfloor applications.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance tuning.
Practical experience with object-oriented software development and modern programming languages and frameworks such as C#, VB and .NET.
Basic understanding of network technologies and confident use of standard Office applications.
