- Transformation Strategy & Program Leadership

Define and maintain the enterprise-wide Digital Transformation program roadmap across Finance, IT, Operations, and regional business units.

Lead a coordinated, multiproject transformation portfolio

Establish program governance, KPIs, decision rights, and operating mechanisms to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and CIOsponsored priorities.
- Finance Transformation Leadership

Partner with Group Finance leadership to standardize and optimize RecordtoReport, ProcuretoPay, OrdertoCash, and related finance processes, leveraging global core models and best practices reflected in existing Finance Transformation initiatives

Drive design and implementation of simplified, automated financial processes and ensure alignment with global ERP architecture.
- ERP Consolidation & Architecture Alignment

Oversee the consolidation of multiple ERP systems into a unified global core model-ensuring consistency in master data, architecture, integrations, and business process execution.

Coordinate dependencies with parallel programs (e.g., EPM, Supply Chain planning, warehouse systems etc.), ensuring the ERP program is foundational to endtoend process transformation.
- Process Simplification & Automation

Lead the identification, design, and rollout of global process simplification, digitization, and automation initiatives.

Partner with technology and business leaders to deploy automation tools, workflow orchestration, advanced analytics, and AI/ML as appropriate to reduce complexity and strengthen controls.
- CrossFunctional Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a senior liaison connecting Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial, and HR stakeholders-ensuring shared ownership and adoption of global processes.

Leverage transformation principles outlined within enterprise transformation priority frameworks to build alignment and sponsorship.

Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums with senior global leaders.
- Change Management & Adoption

Lead the global change management strategy, including communications, capability building, training, and adoption monitoring.

Promote the shift toward standardized global processes while managing required local variations.
- Risk, Performance & Benefits Management
-
Monitor program performance, milestones, interdependencies, and financial and operational benefits realization.

Identify and manage program risks, escalating where necessary and ensuring corrective actions are taken quickly.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management
-
Build and lead a global program team consisting of internal SMEs, program managers, solution architects, business process owners (GPOs), and external partners.

Manage system integrators, consulting partners, and technology vendors to deliver program outcomes on time and within budget.
Requirements
This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong blend of transformation expertise, program management discipline, ERP and finance process acumen, and the ability to influence and deliver at scale across a complex, multinational environment., Required

10-15+ years leading global transformation programs, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Deep experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or others) and finance processes, including experience coordinating with adjacent programs like EPM or supply-chain initiatives.

Demonstrated success delivering multiyear, enterprisescale transformation portfolios.

Strong understanding of global endtoend processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, MDM).

Executive presence and proven ability to align and influence senior stakeholders across complex matrixed organizations.

Expertise in program governance, change management, and benefits realization.
Preferred

Experience in global manufacturing or similar operationally intensive industries.

Background integrating Finance Transformation with ERP modernization.

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or equivalent.

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Finance.
