Job description
- Provide onsite deskside and technical support to end users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems
- Manage and support devices using Microsoft Intune
- Handle user accounts, permissions, and policies via Active Directory
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and support
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain documentation
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Deskside Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time contract basis in Delfzijl. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance in a corporate environment., * Minimum 3+ years of deskside / IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 (MCSA or equivalent preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Good understanding of Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
