Job description

  • Provide onsite deskside and technical support to end users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems
  • Manage and support devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Handle user accounts, permissions, and policies via Active Directory
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provide basic network troubleshooting and support
  • Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain documentation

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Deskside Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time contract basis in Delfzijl. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance in a corporate environment., * Minimum 3+ years of deskside / IT support experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 (MCSA or equivalent preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Good understanding of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
