Hardware Engineer

As an Hardware Engineer at AME, you play a vital role in our multidisciplinary projects. One day you might be validating electronic hardware, the next you'll be working on designing schematics, component selection, or executing EMC tests. Your skills will be fully used in an exciting, fast-growing environment where no two days are the same., * Create clear, detailed schematics from concept to release.

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electronics and mechanics.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable for both in-house and external production.
• Develop and execute validation plans and report results clearly.
• Qualify products to comply with requirements, EMC and environmental specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant product standards.
• Safeguard functionality, quality, and reliability through analysis and simulation.
• Contribute to problem solving: troubleshoot issues in the designs, identify root causes, and implement robust fixes.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).

• 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficient in LTSpice and Altium.
• Ability to switch between hands-on work and higher-level abstraction is a pre.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and responsible.
• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in Dutch is a pre (speaking & writing).
