With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with an FM company who are looking for a Helpdesk Operator based in Paddington
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest, most successful FM companies which will give you a chance to gain good critical experience and potentially progress within their company. This role as a helpdesk operator will require you to work 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
Day to Day:
- Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactive and reporting.
- Liaise with Lead Engineer and Ops Manager daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
- Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
- Logging hazards & customer feedback on the system
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard.
