Our client is on the look out to recruit a Help Desk Operator based at a prestigious site in Salford
The role of Helpdesk Operative is to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious with the drive to progress within the company!
Your Roles and Responsibilities are as follows :

Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.

Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks

Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.

Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.

Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.

Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.
Requirements
- UK / EU citizen or valid work permit
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Up to £25,000 - Dependent on experience
