Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Management of Tax Technology and Transformation projects Act as a liaison to bridge the gap between tax, finance, and information technology Support Group Tax during the implementation of Oracle Fusion and Oracle TRCS Identify, and solution, automated processes and process enhancements, in particular: Direct and indirect tax compliance and documentation Data collection and data analytics Transfer pricing calculations Implement appropriate governance over technology use within the team Experience/Qualifications: IT and/or Finance professional with track record of delivering IT solutions and improvements Strong IT skills and experience gained in practice or industry (or combination) Hands on experience with ERP
Requirements
systems and their tax and finance modules (Oracle Fusion, FCCS, and TRCS would be a plus) The ability to understand and explain technical issues An understanding and ability to quantify, communicate, and manage risk Effective communicator; able to build strong relationships with colleagues in other countries and departments and with third party tax and finance advisors A desire to identify improvements and drive change; demonstrating a 'can do' attitude Strong time management skills; comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently An ability to understand issues and identify potential solutions Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Following receipt of your application, you will be contacted by one of our experienced hire recruitment team.
