Full-Stack Data Engineer - Finance & Data Operations

5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field

• Strong Python and SQL skills

• Develop data products and lightweight applications that support operational and financial workflows

• Design and build robust data pipelines using modern cloud technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake

• Continuously improve engineering standards through CI/CD, testing, and documentation

• Work closely with operational teams to understand real-life processes and translate them into practical solutions

• Improve data models and pipelines, build small internal applications (e.g., Streamlit apps), and fix workflow inefficiencies

• Take ownership of business-critical data flows, ensuring reliability and performance

• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, code quality, and knowledge sharing
