• Own the end-to-end email strategy, including transactional and marketing automation emails.
• Build an email design system.
• Develop, implement, and optimize email workflows and campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.

• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.

• Manage and maintain email deliverability, including IP reputation and inbox placement.
