Job description
- Operation, monitoring and further development of the network infrastructure including security (VPN, firewall)
- Support of the digital playout clients (mainly Windows and Windows Embedded, occasionally Linux)
- Ensuring compatibility of player hardware, operating systems and drivers
- Support in the network integration of the players in close cooperation with infrastructure and service desk
- Ensuring operational stability and continuous further development of the digital platforms (lifecycle management, availability, monitoring, backup/restore, security)
- Monitoring of the deployed clients and hardware including error analysis as well as maintenance and documentation of the system landscape
- Participation in the analysis, planning and implementation of new solutions or replacement of existing systems
Requirements
- Completed training in computer science (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience with Windows and Linux servers as well as IT infrastructure
- Experience in application management of various applications
- Experience in administration of Windows server environments and data networks
- Ideally experience in collaboration with agile development and basic knowledge of DevOps methodologies
- Experience in Powershell and Azure-Cli is an advantage
