Job description

We are looking for a Junior Change Manager to assist the Head of PMO & Communication in supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the CP COO Office., * Analyze change impacts and stakeholder readiness related to new tools, processes, or organizational changes.

  • Define and execute change management plans (communication, training, engagement, adoption metrics).
  • Act as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth change deployment.
  • Identify resistance to change and proactively propose mitigation actions.

Communication & Content Management

  • Contribute to the definition of editorial calendars for internal communication related to transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness (open rates, engagement, feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and internal communications (newsletters, updates, invitations), ensuring timely delivery, consistency of messaging, and high quality proofreading.

Training & governance

  • Design training strategies adapted to different user profiles and maturity levels.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of training materials and knowledge repositories.
  • Produce AI-generated training videos (e.g. tutorials, demos, explainers) to support scalable, engaging, and on-demand learning.
  • Track change-related KPIs (adoption rate, satisfaction, training completion, communication reach).
  • Contribute to change management standards, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in Consulting in a PMO or Project Management Role with experience in financial services
  • Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment,
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-stakes banking environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to summarize complex topics and convey key messages using proficiently MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel
  • Fluent in English and French; excellent communication (written and verbal), networking, influencing and presentation skills
