• Be the Expert: Analyze client needs and design ERP solutions that make a real impact.
• Shape the Future: Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM) to fit unique business challenges.
• Lead Transformations: Drive seamless ERP implementations and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Ensure Excellence: Conduct rigorous testing and deliver flawless deployments.
• Empower People: Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption.
• Innovate: Spot opportunities for process optimization and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and beyond expectations.

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, * Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in ERP consulting (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Tech Skills: ERP configuration, SQL, data migration, integration tools.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem solving, and top-notch communication.
• Bonus Points: ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and experience in multi-industry projects.
