Co-Founder & CTO (Part-Time, Equity-Based)

We're seeking a part-time, equity-based Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technical vision and engineering execution as we build Telemed Xtra and prepare for a £1M-£2M Seed round., This role is ideal for a senior engineer, AI/ML specialist, or technical founder who wants to shape a category-defining healthtech platform while maintaining flexibility.

You Will Lead:

• Full development of Telemed Xtra from prototype architecture * working product

• AI/ML integration across CognizAI, Telemed Xtra, and CogGenome

• Full-stack development and product integration

• Data security, privacy, and NHS-grade compliance (DSPT, ISO 27001)

• Technical roadmap from prototype * pilots * Seed * scale

• Early engineering hires and technical culture

• Collaboration with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams

Strong experience in AI/ML, speech/NLP, healthtech, or digital therapeutics

• Skilled in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Node/React, or equivalent modern stack

• Understanding of SaMD, MHRA, UKCA, CE, DSPT, and ISO 27001 pathways is a major advantage

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution

• Passion for neuroscience, ageing, and social impact
