As an E-commerce Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving online sales performance and enhancing the digital customer journey. You'll own the website's trading strategy, ensuring it delivers best-in-class user experience, strong conversion rates, and profitable growth. Collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this client's online presence., * Website Trading & Optimization: Manage day-to-day trading activities, monitor conversion rates, and execute campaigns aligned with commercial calendars.
- Product & Merchandising: Maximise product discoverability through effective digital merchandising and category management.
- SEO & On-Site Content: Implement SEO best practices and manage content updates to drive organic traffic growth.
- Customer Experience & CRO: Lead A/B testing initiatives and champion mobile usability and speed optimization.
- Data & Analytics: Track key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition, retention, creative, and IT teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, trading, or digital merchandising (preferably in retail or DTC).
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (Shopify preferred) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent project management skills.
- Passionate about delivering inspiring online shopping experiences.
