Job description
- Implement and maintain IAM (Identity and Access Management) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) solutions
- Operate and configure CyberArk (PAM) for privileged access management
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Windows Batch, and Excel VBA
- Monitor security incidents and manage vulnerability tools
- Administer network security and firewall configurations
- Support IAM workflows including recertification and reconciliation
- Collaborate on security monitoring and incident management processes
Requirements
- Operating Systems & Databases: Windows, SQL Server
- Development Technologies: Java, .NET, PHP, JavaScript
- Scripting: PowerShell, Windows Batch, Excel VBA
- Application Servers: Tomcat, IIS
- IAM / PAM / SSO solutions
- Security monitoring tools and vulnerability management
- Infrastructure: Active Directory, Red Hat IDM / Directory Services
- Monitoring tools (nice-to-have): SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elasticsearch
- EDR / Anti-malware solutions (nice-to-have): Tanium, Trellix, Qualys
- Additional tools (nice-to-have): SailPoint IIQ, ServiceNow, GitLab / CI-CD pipelines, SharePoint, * Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in IT / Cybersecurity Operations
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Languages:
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
- French: Preferred
- Dutch: Not required, * Minimum 3+ years in IT / Cybersecurity Operations

Strong knowledge of Authentication & Authorization

Experience with IAM & RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

Experience with CyberArk (PAM)

Proficiency in Scripting (PowerShell, Batch, etc.)

Understanding of IT Security principles and best practices

Experience with IAM / PAM / SSO solutions

Knowledge of IAM workflows, recertification, reconciliation

Experience in Security monitoring & incident management

Familiarity with Vulnerability management tools

Knowledge of Network security and firewall administration

Infrastructure knowledge including Active Directory and Red Hat IDM / Directory Services
