Job description
We are seeking a Hardware Full-stack Developer (to create a user interface that interacts with our devices for data acquisition) with data analysis and machine learning (ML) skills (for mass spectrometry and NIR) You'll work closely with R&D, Laboratory and Product Development teams to shape both embedded and cloud-connected solutions. Tasks
- Develop a UI for portable MS and NIR-based devices.
- Develop a communication protocol between the UI and the MS/NIR device.
- Develop a data management system for the MS/NIR spectra, including a communication protocol with the dashboard.
- Develop ML/AI-based algorithm/model for MS/NIR data analysis (classification, detection, quantification etc).
- Blockchain technology knowledge will be an extra.
- Security protocol knowledge will be an extra.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and innovation discussions.
Requirements
- Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related.
- Proficient in Angular, Electron, Fast API (Python), and MongoDB for desktop and backend application development
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems design
- Hands-on experience with hardware/device communication and real-time data acquisition/processing
- Knowledge of MS and NIR technology is required.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure), REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in building algorithms for analytical devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for high-quality software.
- Experience with data analytics, signal processing and UX design.
- Fluency in the English language. English is the main language used in our office.
