Application Engineer

You'll collaborate with a high-performing, international team while enjoying the flexibility of working from your home office and traveling globally to make a real difference. You will work from a home office based in Italy, Poland or the Netherlands and support the EMEA region., * Provide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies.

• Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners.
• Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform's expert product specialist.
• Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English and Italian. Additional languages are advantageous.
