Job description
As a System Integration Engineer at DeltaQuad, you lead the technical integration of complex drone systems and subsystems, including C2, GCS, and payloads. You work closely with engineering, production and customer teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your focus is on turning innovative concepts and ideas into fully operational systems that are ready to fly in real-world conditions.
You enjoy solving technical challenges, translating customer requirements into concrete solutions and ensuring every detail works seamlessly together.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems into complete UAV platforms;
- Coordinate and validate interfaces between subsystems developed in-house and by external suppliers;
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve integration and interface issues;
- Define, manage, and verify mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces and system requirements;
- Perform bench testing and system-level validation to ensure correct subsystem interaction;
- Support field testing, including ground and flight test activities, and analyse test results;
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across hardware and software domains;
- Support configuration management, documentation, and change control throughout development;
- Contribute to the transition from prototype integration to stable, repeatable series production.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (e.g. electrical, aerospace, mechatronics);
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in system integration or product development;
- Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, Radio systems, and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, Ethernet, etc.);
- Experience working with UAVs or robotic systems is a strong plus;
- Hands-on, analytical, and precise - you enjoy turning theory into practice;
- A team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership.
