Senior Application Developer - Java

We are working with a client who is a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, committed to delivering positive change through technology and human collaboration.

They are seeking an experienced UK-based Senior Application Developer who has deep hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (Web Services, Spring Security, etc.). Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (Postgres) - including schema design and query optimisation. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Familiarity with front-end development and integration using HTML and JavaScript. Experience with Jenkins and modern CI/CD practices. Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. Strong experience with GitHub for version control and automated workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions). Working knowledge of Docker for containerisation. Proficiency in Python scripting.
