Job description

  • Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility.
  • Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control.
  • Deliver a professional standard of administration for the contract, generating reports, analysing data, payroll, and HR responsibilities.
  • Deploy CEOs and manage staff on a day-to-day basis.
  • Open and close the base.
  • Arrange and manage the beats & shift patterns for staff.
  • Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs for operational staff.
  • Identify and assist in the development of new business.

Requirements

Do you have experience as a manager/supervisor? Do you have good people management skills? Do you have a full clean driving licence?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Support Manager to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract. The ideal candidate will have a background of management and customer service experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes., * 3 years minimum management experience at Team Leader or equivalent level

  • Operationally minded with experience in client facing roles.
  • Excellent people management skills including coaching, training, and recruiting.
  • Experience of cost control, budgets, monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office
  • Full, clean driving licence

  • 42.5 hours per week | Working any 5 from 7 (shift pattern)
