Transformation Engineer

As Transformation Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate transformation workstreams with a strategic focus on Digital Innovation, etc.
• Facilitate end to end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning, etc.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, etc.
• Own project governance, reporting and alignment with PMO standards.
• Track value delivery and maintain a benefits realisation plan.
• Support the development and deployment of innovative technologies and processes.

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility, to work full time, and travel within, the UK, + Strong background in manufacturing engineering, within final assembly operations.

• Project management capability (planning, RAID management, value tracking, etc.)
• Experience working within PMO frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at multiple levels.
