Job description

  • Design and implement control systems for automated material handling.

  • Develop PLC software, HMI, and SCADA systems, with hands-on experience in Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.

  • Emulate control systems in virtual environments for testing and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with CE standards and the Machinery Directive.

  • Deliver system commissioning and on-site support, providing end-user training.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive process improvement, quality, and cost optimisation., + Hybrid flexibility with a base location in Adderbury. Open to applicants further afield (subject to approval).

  • Expected to travel up to 60% of the year across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and other EMEA regions. Why Join Us?

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronics/Controls) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming, industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP).
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics, system integration, and risk assessments.
  • Full UK driving license required (up to 60% travel).
