Job description
As a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst at Bobcat, you'll play a key role in driving business performance by providing analytical insights, process optimization, and data-driven recommendations that enhance commercial effectiveness across the organization. You'll support the Commercial Solutions Group and regional commercial teams through advanced analysis, business intelligence, and implementation of standardized processes, systems, and tools that enable disciplined commercial execution, * Analyze sales, pipeline, and market data to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and risk areas.
- Translate business needs into analytical models, dashboards, and reports for commercial leadership.
- Monitor KPIs and support target setting, forecasting, and performance review cycles.
- Analyze the industry trend, dealer performance, and gather inputs from field team, identify the key reasons of under or over achievement, and develop sales strategy to achieve the targets.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Plans/Long-Range Plans (AOP/LRP).
Process & Systems Optimization
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes (e.g., opportunity management, pricing governance, order pipeline tracking).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to harmonize processes and ensure data consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI tools).
- Identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities in data workflows.
Strategic Support
- Contribute to business cases for growth initiatives or market expansion.
- Support annual planning, AOP reviews, and performance deep-dives with actionable insights.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for regional and global leadership.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Commercial Solutions Group and regional commercial teams.
- Ensure clear communication of performance insights, process updates, and system changes.
- Lead training or knowledge-sharing sessions to improve adoption of commercial tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a similar role, with experience in sales / channel management being of advantage
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Excel, experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in generating and presenting performance reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in supporting strategic projects and fostering strong relationships.
