• Develop and implement a centralized product data governance framework, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain the information model and data model, ensuring data quality, integrity, and transparency
• Develop the technical product maintenance hierarchy for our diverse product categories in collaboration with technical marketing and R&D
• Influence and shape the development of PIM and DAM systems to ensure reliable and efficient content creation processes across IT systems
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product data management strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and analytics partners and collaborate with leadership to anticipate future business requirements and develop a data strategy that supports customer-centricity, analytics and optimization
• Foster collaboration with marketing teams to craft consistent and compelling product storytelling, aligning content and messaging with business objectives and serve as a key liaison with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency and timeliness of product information

Are you in?, * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization, with a proven track record of success in product information management and knowledge about semiconductor product portfolio is of advantage

• In-depth knowledge of content management, PIM, and DAM systems, with experience in implementing and governing these systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in setting up and maintaining content creation and maintenance processes within PIM and DAM systems
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, manage projects, and drive sustainable continuous improvement practices
• Practice in working in agile teams as e.g. scrum, OKRs
