We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled MarTech QA Automation Engineer to become a vital part of our fast-growing team . The ideal candidate will support large-scale migration projects involving Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools, ensuring data accuracy, campaign integrity, and end-to-end validation across the MarTech ecosystem . This role is designed for a technical professional who can bridge the gap between development and business validation by designing scalable QA processes and automating validation tasks to ensure high-quality personalized customer journeys
What will help you suceed:
- QA Strategy & Test Design: Expert skills in designing and documenting comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases for campaigns, journeys, and data pipelines .
- Campaign & Journey Validation: Mastery in validating end-to-end execution, including segmentation, personalization, triggers, decision splits, and multi-channel delivery (email, push, SMS).
- Data Integrity & Model Validation: Comprehensive knowledge of validating data models, schemas, identity resolution, profile stitching, and consistency across CDP, CRM, and marketing tools .
- QA Automation & Frameworks: Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to automate repetitive tasks like bulk email validation and field mapping .
- Migration & Integration Expertise: Skilled in executing QA processes for migration scenarios (legacy to new platforms) and testing integrations between MarTech tools and external APIs.
- Optimization & Debugging: Ability to use logs and monitoring solutions to identify issues, while continuously improving QA processes to reduce manual effort and increase reliability .
- Communication Skills: High level of proficiency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate technical findings and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ., * Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot .
- Hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for QA automation .
- Experience in digital transformation projects or data-driven marketing environments .
