As a Parking Services Data Analyst, you'll be at the heart of transforming data into actionable intelligence. You will lead on developing high-quality reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support the effective management of parking services across the county.
You'll leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, advanced data interrogation, and Microsoft Power BI to design dynamic dashboards, optimise parking operations, and influence strategic decision-making. Working with large and complex datasets, you'll identify trends, highlight emerging issues, and provide insight that drives service improvement and efficiency. You'll also play a key role in developing automated processes, improving data quality, and embedding robust data governance practices., You'll be joining a well-established Parking Services function within the Highways Client team, working closely with colleagues across the wider Data Insight Team and operational services.
The team manages a significant and complex parking service across Lincolnshire, working with multiple stakeholders and contracts. This means you'll have exposure to a wide range of data, systems, and challenges-offering excellent opportunities to broaden your experience and develop your skills.

Requirements
You'll be a confident and skilled data professional with experience of working with large datasets and turning complex information into clear, meaningful insights., * Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and database systems
- The ability to design and develop reporting solutions and dashboards
- Experience of data automation and improving processes through innovation
- A good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a range of stakeholders
You'll also be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing your own workload, with a passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
