Technical Architect (Data) - OUTSIDE IR35 - UK Public Sector

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade data architectures in complex or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of how operational systems, data platforms, analytics, and downstream consumers interact
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, platform teams, and senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data landscapes into clear, pragmatic architectures, models, and standards
• Strong grounding in data quality, governance, integration patterns, and platform design
• Comfortable working on live services, delivering controlled change as part of an ongoing modernisation programme
• Expertise in Microsoft data stack (Power Platform, MS Fabric, Dynamics, Power Apps)
