Job description
As a Lead BI Engineer, you will take ownership of technical delivery across BI projects, with a strong focus on data modelling, BI architecture, and analytics engineering within the Azure ecosystem.
Alongside hands-on development, you'll work closely with clients-leading workshops, guiding decision-making, and ensuring solutions are both technically robust and commercially effective.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Proven capability in data modelling and BI architecture
- Hands-on experience across Azure (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Lakehouse)
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance analytics solutions
- Confidence working in client-facing environments, including running workshops and managing stakeholders
- A natural inclination toward mentoring and leading engineers
