Perform secure backups of VMware environments using Acronis, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness
Restore virtual machines to temporary Hyper-V environments, including network configuration and troubleshooting
Conduct system validation, including Active Directory health checks, file shares, and application services
Rebuild production hosts from scratch, including RAID configuration, Windows Server installation, and Hyper-V deployment
Execute final VM migrations back to production and complete end-to-end validation

Strong experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V environments
Proven expertise with Acronis backup and restore processes
Solid understanding of networking (virtual Switches, NIC config, IP reassignment)
Experience with server hardware (iLO, RAID controllers, disk configuration)
Windows Server build, configuration, and troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose and resolve boot, migration, and infrastructure issues independently
