Tasks
- Act as Inhouse Consultant and Stream Lead for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure configuration, customization, and continuous module development.
- Drive HR-IT projects and support from the international community., * You act as an Inhouse Consultant and Stream Lead for the SAP SuccessFactors module Performance and Goals
- You are responsible for configuration, customizing, and the continuous further development of the module
- You ensure operation (2nd-level support) and handle support, change, and incident requests from the international key user community
- Together with our internal SAP team, you drive company-wide HR IT projects and rollouts in the SuccessFactors environment
- You take on requirements engineering, testing, and professional consulting of stakeholders at home and abroad
- You plan release management and work closely with implementation partners if necessary
- You can expect multiprofessional collaboration in an international corporate environment
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Performance and Goals.
- Strong analytical skills and fluent in German and English., * Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification - career changers with HR/IT experience and solid SuccessFactors know-how are also welcome
- Several years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors module Performance and Goals; ideally additional knowledge in other talent modules or HR core
- Experience in agile project work, confident handling of international stakeholders, and an independent, structured way of working
- Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and project methods (e.g., SAP Activate) to successfully manage projects as a stream lead
- Analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English fluent in negotiations
